Seattle Restaurant Week : Spring 2018

Seattle Restaurant Week is back for Spring. We will be offering both Lunch & Dinner this time around, so join us for 2 courses for $18 in the afternoon, or $33 for three courses during dinner. Joins us Sundays through Thursdays this spring! (This year Easter Sunday is not part of the Seattle Restaurtant Week offering)

FIRST COURSE (Choose One)

Lemongrass Chicken
grilled lemongrass chicken skewers, tamarind sauce GF

Crispy Imperial Rolls
kurobuta pork, shrimp, glass noodles

Saigon Cabbage Salad
caramelized shallots, herbs, peanuts GF

 

ENTRÉE (Choose One)

Phở Bở
oxtail broth with painted hills waygu beef and brisket

Mushroom Phở Nấm
oxtail broth with hon shimeji and shiitake mushrooms

Bún Gà Nướng Vermicelli
grilled local chicken, lemongrass, with crispy cartlton farms pork & shrimp imperial roll, nước chấm

Bún Nem Nướng Vermicelli
grilled pork & shrimp sausage with crispy vegetable roll, vermicelli noodles, nước chấm

Wokked Lemongrass Tofu Vermicelli
roasted shitake mushroom, bell peppers, sweet onion

Washington Drunken Chicken Rice Plate
fried egg, mustard greens, sesame

grilled prawns, herbs, shallots, peanuts.

là lốt leaves wrapped around flank steak and grilled, nước chấm.

Crispy Vegetable Rolls
taro, tofu, carrots, woodear mushrooms,soy vinaigrette.

Crispy Imperial Rolls
kurobuta pork, shrimp, glass noodles.

Marinated Pork Belly
pickled cucumbers, green onions

ENTRÉE CHOOSE ONE

Lemongrass Prawns
wild prawns, lemongrass, spicy yellow curry,roasted peanuts, ngò om.

Wokked Squid
chinese celery, mustard greens, cherry tomatoes.

Catfish Claypot
caramelized idaho catfish, cracked pepper, scallions.

Wokked Teres Major Steak
beef shoulder, sweet onions, pickled mustard greens.

Drunken Chicken
crispy washington-raised drunken chicken, mustard greens, green onions, sesame.

DESSERT CHOOSE ONE

Banana Cake, savory coconut sauce.
Ice Cream, jackfruit.
Chocolate Ganache, peanut butter and caramel sauce.
