We are celebrating The Year of The Dog with a full day of lion dances, special Tết menus all weekend long, and red envelopes for all! Plus, raffles at all three lion dances with $600 in gift certificates to be awarded to lucky members of the audience.
Lion Dances on Saturday, February 17th
The lion dancing begins at University Village in the Center Court at noon(near Ben Bridge), then moves to Ba Bar U Village at 12:30PM for a second round in front of the restaurant. Next stop is Ba Bar Capitol Hill at 3PM, with the final dance at Monsoon Seattle at 4PM where the Saigon Siblings began their journey.
Raffles will be held at each location with $600 in gift cards to be handed out to 8 lucky winners at each dance. Winners of the raffle will each receive a $25 gift card to one of the Saigon Siblings restaurants. Winners must be present at the dance win.
The Lion Dance is always a great event (kids love it) and there will be lucky red envelopes for everybody and plenty of firecrackers at both the Ba Bar Capitol Hill and Monsoon events. This is a great way to look toward spring with good luck on your side. Stay for lunch or dinner after the fun and help ring in the Lunar New Year!

Lunar New Year Menu at Monsoon
Tết is the shortened form of Tết Nguyên Đán, which is Sino-Vietnamese for Feast of the First Morning of the First Day. Tết celebrates the arrival of spring based on the Vietnamese calendar—which also happens to coincide with Chinese New Year. For the Saigon Siblings, Tết also means eating the classic family dishes of southern Vietnam! These iconic New Year dishes will be served from from Thursday, February 15th to Sunday, February 18th alongside the regular Monsoon menu at both the Seattle and Bellevue locations during dinner.
