A Journey Through France : Wine Dinner

Join us and the folks from the Vin2U Wine Group as we follow the route of the Mistral Winds as we tour France's countryside from the Northern limits of vine production in the world-famous sparking wine-region of Champagne, to the south with fossilized, oyster-beds of Chablis's salinity-laden Chardonnays in Burgundy. Further south still we visit the often misunderstood Gamay Noir's of Southern Burgundy's Beaujolais region and continue south passed Lyon to the sun-bleached Mediterranean in the Rhone Valley where we explore the appellations of Gigondas and Vaqueyras.

Join us for a night of carefully curated wines from France's well known and lesser known regions. Each wine will be paired perfectly by Sophie and Eric Banh and will have a nod to some of the French culinary influence of Vietnam.
