Sophie and Eric are looking forward to hosting a wonderful wine dinner on Sunday, December 7, with Walla Walla’s àMaurice Cellars. The dinner begins at 6pm and cost is $125/person, tax and tip included.
àMaurice winemaker, Anna Shafer will be at the dinner to talk about the wines and the winery—and each course will be expertly paired with one of their vintages. The Banhs have long been known for wine-friendly modern Vietnamese dishes, and their wine dinners are always a wonderful way to experience the great pairings that are possible. This dinner promises to be informative and delicious—plus it doubles as a celebration of Monsoon East’s sixth birthday!
